My baking skills are not not always on point! So, when my mom showed me this easy, two ingredient recipe, I was SOLD!
Ingredients:
- 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
- 1 can of pumpkin
Directions:
- Dump the cake mix in a bowl.
- Add the pumpkin and mix well.
- Line a muffin pan with liners.
- Add the batter to liners (about 2/3 full)
- Bake according to the directions on the back of the box.
- Allow to cool.
- Serve & Enjoy!
Notes:
- If you want to get really fancy, you can add chocolate chips!
