
Fridays are usually pizza night in my house! If I’m being honest, as much as I love homemade pizza dough, it can be a tedious task. So, between not having yeast in my house right now and my pure laziness, I discovered this 2 ingredient pizza crust using only flour and plain Greek yogurt!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups flour
Directions:

- Mix the ingredients together.
- Roll the dough out. (I roll it out in parchment paper.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put your sauce and toppings of your choosing on the pizza and bake till the crust is light golden brown.


- Cut into slices and serve!
That is it! It may not look the best (my kids after all made it), but it was DELICIOUS and good to know it packs a little more protein into our diet! Enjoy!
